At Graphics Stitch, we value transparency and punctuality. Please review the following timeline and delivery guidelines before placing your order:

1. Once your order is received, production will commence within 2 hours of order confirmation.

2. For Left Chest Digitizing orders, the typical turnaround time is 12 hours.

3. For Jacket Back Digitizing, the standard delivery timeframe is 14 hours.

4. Vector artwork orders will also be delivered within an estimated 14 hours.

5. Selecting the Bronze Package will result in an estimated delivery of 14 hours.

6. Choosing the Gold Package will also follow an estimated 14-hour timeline.

7. Opting for the Platinum Package requires an estimated delivery period of 18 hours.

8. For any customized or tailored requests, a specific delivery estimate will be communicated to you individually.

9. If you require expedited delivery, please inform us at the time of placing the order so we can prioritize and accommodate your request accordingly.
   If urgent delivery is not mentioned while placing the order, we’ll do our best to meet your desired timeframe, but we cannot guarantee it.

10. If Graphics Stitch fails to meet the communicated delivery window, you will not be charged for that particular order.
