Refund Policy

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with any design services provided by Graphics Stitch, you may initiate a refund request within five (5) days following the delivery of your initial design concepts. If no such request is received within this time frame, it will be mutually considered that you are content with the delivered designs. Please note that our refund policy applies only to those services or packages that explicitly mention a money-back guarantee either on the official website or in your issued invoice.

All refund claims will be handled according to the structure outlined below:

  • If the refund is requested prior to the submission of design concepts, a full refund will be issued (minus a 10% deduction for administrative and processing charges).

  • If the refund is requested within 48 hours after the initial designs are delivered, you will be entitled to a 50% refund (after deducting a 10% service and processing fee).

  • If the refund is requested between 48 to 120 hours after initial design delivery, you may be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and handling fee).

  • Refunds will not be granted after 120 hours from the time of initial design delivery or once the final design files have been sent to the client.
